Ingredients

Instructions
Slice the sausages and fry them with two tablespoon oil
Slice the onions and fry them with the same oil left in the sausage frying pan
Dice the potatoes and fry them with two tablespoon oil
Add tomato paste to the potatoes.
Add salt and turmeric to the potatoes.
After potatoes fried completely, add fried sausages and fried onions to them.
Add pepper to the combination and mix it well.
Serve it with bread

Uniqop’s Advice:
For less oil absorb, place the sausages on a tissue after frying.
Fry the onions until they become caramelized.
For a better scent and taste, you can add some brewed saffron to the onions while frying.
Dice the potatoes in ½ inch sizes for a better look.
You can add less pepper and serve it with hot chili ketchup to satisfy both spicy lovers and others.
