Peel the shallots and wash them.
Place the washed shallots on a paper towel to drain completely.
Mince the shallot. You can chop the shallot instead of mincing it.
Add minced shallot as well as salt, black pepper, and olive oil to the yogurt.
Mix them well until you have a smooth combination.
Pour it into a serving bowl.
Cove it and put it into the refrigerator to chill completely for almost 6 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
When you want to serve it, uncover it, and decorate it with Rose petals and sprinkle with crushed mint leave.
