Lavashak is a Persian snack made out of mashed, boiled fruits and salt.

Ingredients
- Fruit (type and amount to your favor)
- 1 teaspoon salt per 1 lb fruit
- teaspoon oil (to avoid sticking)
- teaspoon sugar (adjust the sweet taste to your favor)
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate paste (change the sour taste to your taste)
- water
Instructions
- Wash the fruits and take out the stones and seeds
- Boil the fruits until they fall apart and soften, use water to the amount that covers your fruit.
- Sift it into a bowl
- Mash the pulps to extract all the possible fruit concentrate
- Put a piece of nylon into a tray
- You can grease the tray with oil instead of using nylon
- Pour the mixture on the plastic and flatten it well
- Let dry in front of the sunlight in a balcony or at a window
- Stick another piece of plastic to help keep the Lavashak better.
Notes

- Use less water as possible for a better taste.
- The thickness of the composition should be like a battered yogurt.
- If you are using fruits with seeds, use more filtering equipment to sift.
