Falafel
Falafel is a spicy vegan meatball made with peas, onions, and spices. Iranians make Falafel sandwiches using these meatballs, firm tomatoes, and pickles with hot ketchup sauce.

Ingredients

(caraway seeds, cilantro, turmeric)

vegetable oil
Instructions
Soak the peas for 24 hours
Mix peas, parsley, garlic, and onions and ground them together
Add spices to the mixture including Adviehs
If the dough is juicy, add 1-3 tablespoon crunch powder to absorb its juice
Pour oil into a pot and fry the Falafels
Absorb their extra oil with a tissue after frying
Make sandwiches by sliced tomatoes, pickles, and hot ketchup sauce.
Notes
Uniqop’s Advice:
The best oil to fry them with is a sesame seed oil.
For a crunchier texture, you can use 1 tablespoon baking powder.
A cup of mint tea after Falafel can lessen its bloating.
Mustard and hot ketchup are the best sauce choices for Falafel.
You can also use this recipe and cook the Falafels in the oven instead of frying.
