Instructions
Wash and peel the zucchinis
Chop the zucchinis’ skin
Slice the zucchini in thin circles
Wash and peel the potatoes
Slice the potatoes in circles
Separate the garlic cloves
Pour vegetable oil into a pan
Place the potatoes
Place the zucchinis on top of the potatoes
Place the zucchini skins
Add garlic
Add tomato paste and spices
Cook it for 40 minutes on low heat
Notes
Uniqop’s advice
Use 5 oz ghee instead of vegetable oil
Serve the food with Lavash
Cover the pan with a lid without covering the lid.
