How to cook Borani Kadoo?

- 4 average zucchinis
- 3 small potatoes
- 2 firm tomatoes
- 1 garlic(entirely)
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon ground
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 tablespoon brewed saffron
- Wash and peel the zucchinis
- Chop the zucchinis’ skin
- Slice the zucchini in thin circles
- Wash and peel the potatoes
- Slice the potatoes in circles
- Separate the garlic cloves
- Pour vegetable oil into a pan
- Place the potatoes
- Place the zucchinis on top of the potatoes
- Place the zucchini skins
- Add garlic
- Add tomato paste and spices
- Cook it for 40 minutes on low heat
- Use 5 oz ghee instead of vegetable oil
- Serve the food with Lavash
- Cover the pan with a lid without covering the lid.
