Ingredients
Ginger root
(or 1 tablespoon ginger ground)
Turmeric root
(or 1 tablespoon turmeric ground)
Boiling water
Teapot or French press
Some honey or Nabat (Persiansugar) to sweeten the taste
Instructions
Pout the fresh ginger and turmeric roots in the container.
Pour boiling water on them
Heat them for 30 minutes or more to brew
Sift it and pour it into a cup and serve it with honey
Notes
Uniqop’s Advice:
You can use this recipe to make a turmeric latte by using milk instead of water
It is better to use honey to sweeten the taste instead of anything else.
If you are drinking it because you are sick, add some lemon juice to enhance the vitamin C.
