Persian Fish (Mahie Shekampor) is Persianseafood made with fish and some other ingredients such as herbs and spices. They prepare a stuffing out of herbs and spices and place them into the fish.
Rub olive oil, salt, turmeric, black pepper in layers on both sides of fishes
Put the fish on a tray and squeeze lemon on them.
Put sliced onion and chopped garlic on the fish.
Cover the fish with plastic and let them sit for 30-40 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Stuffed mixture
Sauté the onion and garlic.
Add all the ingredients including salt, pepper, turmeric, barberries, chopped rosemary, dried crushed thyme, pomegranate, and soy sauce to it and mix them well.
Let them cook for some more minutes.
Stuff the fish with your mixture.
Put some of the combinations on the fish for decorating.
Put the tray in the oven that is preheated, let it cook for 20 minutes.
It is ready to serve.

Make sure that you clean inside of the fish well. Otherwise, it would taste and smell awful when you are serving it.
Make sure you have some other ingredients that balance your temperament if you are a cold one, too.
