Sift the flour and put it aside.
Break the eggs into a bowl and batter them.
Add other ingredients, including butter, cardamom, baking powder, salt, sugar, and milk.
Stir them until you have a smooth mixture.
Start to add the flour little by little and stir it until you form the primary dough.
Start Kneading the dough for about 10 minutes.
Cove the dough with a piece of plastic and let it rests for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, uncover the dough and put it on the rolling pinboard.
Check it to see if it is sticky or not. If it is sticky, sprinkle more flour on it and knead it again for another 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough thinly.
Make small round dough buy pressing small round bowl or glass on it and pull them off.
Make your ear-shape dough with that little round dough that you have pulled off.
Reheat the oil. Place the ears in the hot oil and fry them.
Remove them when they turn to golden.
Putt them on a paper towel and drain extra oil
Sprinkle them with powder sugar and pistachios.
Place them on the serving tray and let them cool down for some more minutes.
It is ready.
Serve it and Noosh-e-Jaan.
