Soak and prepare the rice in Polow style cooking.
Cook the chicken with water and diced onion.
Add some cinnamon or bell peppers to reduce the chicken’s stink while cooking .
After your rice is boiled and you rinsed it.
Batter eggs in a bowl.
Add half of the saffron to the eggs.
Add ⅔ butter .
batter the yogurt and add it to the composition.
Add salt and pepper.
Pour the rest of butter into a pan.
Mix the rest of saffron with butter in the pan.
Pour the composition inside the bowl into the pan.
Mix the rice with the composition.
Place chickens inside the rice.
After 1 hour of cooking on alow heat, your Tahchin is ready.
Flip the food into a dish. (the fried side should be on the top).
Decorate it with some barberries and pistachio.
