Ingredients

  • 1 White onion
  • 3 average Tomatoes
  • 3 Persian cucumbers or 1 English cucumber (خیار سالادی) 3 or 4 Cucumbers
  • 1 tablespoon Verjuice or lime juice
  • ½ bunch Fresh mint Or 1 tablespoon dried mint
  • ½ bunch Fresh parsley Or 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • teaspoon Salt
  • teaspoon Pepper (optional)

Instructions

  • Wash vegetables and dry them.
  • Peel the onions and cucumbers.
  • Chop or dice the vegetables into small cubes (the smaller you dice the vegetables, the more beautiful your salad looks)
  • Mix the diced vegetables in a bowl
  • Add the salt
  • Add pepper at this point if you want a spicy flavor
  • Add the verjuice
  • Add the olive oil
  • Add dried herbs
  • If you are utilizing fresh herbs, chop them, and then add them to the composition.
  • Mix all the ingredients and enjoy your salad.

Notes

Uniqop’s advice:
  • Adding both lemon juice and verjuice can make an extra bitter taste in your salad.
  • For a better appearance, cut the vegetables in a single similar shape. For example, dice all of them in 1 inch.
  • For a crunchier taste, add the juice and oil at the exact serving time
  • For a juicer taste, add the juice and oil 30 minutes earlier than serving.
