- 3 average Tomatoes
- 3 Persian cucumbers or 1 English cucumber (خیار سالادی) 3 or 4 Cucumbers
- 1 tablespoon Verjuice or lime juice
- ½ bunch Fresh mint Or 1 tablespoon dried mint
- ½ bunch Fresh parsley Or 1 tablespoon dried parsley

- Peel the onions and cucumbers.
- Chop or dice the vegetables into small cubes (the smaller you dice the vegetables, the more beautiful your salad looks)
