We do not refund any items during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return a product, you must have received the product. We cannot return a product before the delivery process completes. For any delivery problems, such as product loss, we should first expose the situation to the shipping company. We will start the return procedure after the investigation case is processed.

Note: No return procedure starts during Corona pandemic or similar situations, unless for the broken or expired products when it is delivered to you.


In case of Delay for reasons such as an earthquake, or the current pandemic, we should first determine the product’s status in the shipping company.

If you want to return the product after you have received it with delay, you need to follow our return procedure. A photo of the product, along with your purchase receipt, is needed to start the return procedure. We will send the return shipping label after verifying the photos.

Note: The return procedure is completed when our company receives the product.


To return an item, please email customer service at info@uniqop.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
